The prices of our products are in euros and include VAT, but do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are indicated when ordering and may vary depending on the place of delivery and the weight of the package.

Orders and payment

You can place an order using our website. After selecting the products you wish to purchase, you must provide the required information, such as your name, shipping address and payment details. We accept payment by credit card, and PayPal. We will only process your order after we have received full payment.

Delivery

We ship our products worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on delivery location and available delivery services. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs delays or other similar factors.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all original accessories and packaging, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will refund upon receipt of the returned products.
